What you need

tbsp white miso

tsp honey

tbsp fresh ginger

tbsp ghee

tbsp thai red curry paste

bunch pickled ginger

tbsp flour

pinch black pepper

lb flank steak

cup broccoli florets

cup tamari

clove garlic clove

tbsp sesame seed

tbsp ginger juice

Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk together tamari, bone broth, white miso paste, honey, Thai red curry paste, ginger juice, toasted sesame oil, and flour to make the sauce. 2. Season the flank steak slices with black pepper. 3. Heat ghee in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak slices and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes. 4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside. 5. In the same skillet, add shallots, fresh chopped ginger, and garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. 6. Add broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp. 7. Return the steak to the skillet, pour in the sauce, and toss everything together to combine and heat through, about 2 minutes. 8. Serve the beef and broccoli garnished with sesame seeds, green onions, and pickled ginger.
