Season the flank steak slices with black pepper. 3. Heat ghee in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak slices and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes. 4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside. 5. In the same skillet, add shallots, fresh chopped ginger, and garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. 6. Add broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp. 7.
